| Fairy Shrimp | At Callitriche Pool (I see no flowers on it), I see what looks like minnows an inch long, with a remarkably forked tail-fin; probably larvae of dragon-flies. The eyed head conspicuous, and something like a large dorsal fin. They dart about in this warm pool and rest at different angles with the horizon.
