Natural History Posters
A Natural History Poster encourages the student to observe and/or research various life activities of vernal pool animals. The poster should have an underlying theme such as "adaptations to the vernal pool", "vernal pool animals of our town or state", "animals we've seen in our pool", and so on.
Several layout formats will be offered this year to accommodate most class sizes. The designs with large numbers of panels are useful for a teacher with multiple classes working on the same poster. The participating class must provide sufficient material to fill all panels of their poster. In some cases, the title block can be expanded to fill several panels. Below are several of this year's layouts.
